The V32 valve amplifier from Blue Aura combines vintage charm, classic sound and multi source connectivity , with superior valves to provide the warm sound associated with tube amplifiers and a built in phono stage.
Aesthetically stunning with a sound quality to match, on first viewing we were simply blown away by the ability of this amplifier. Whilst the the look of the V32 is quite retro, the features are anything but with aptX Bluetooth connectivity to effortlessly stream music from your device and a built in phono stage to connect turntables directly to the amp. aptX Bluetooth has revolutionised the Bluetooth listening experience by reducing the bit rate without affecting the audio quality, resulting in CD quality sound.
The compact, sleek enclosure offers a comprehensive set of inputs and facilities enabling connection of all types of source devices.
An inbuilt Phono stage is provided to connect Turntables directly, stream music from Tablets and Smartphones using Bluetooth 4.0 (Inc. aptX). Connect CD players and Tuners using the 3.5 mini jack or Auxiliary inputs and laptops and computers by micro USB.
This is a hybrid valve amplifier basically the pre-amp is valve running a solid state power amplifier, it spans 140 x 255 x 200mm and weighs in at 3.5kg. It offers rack-type grab handles should you need to lift the amplifier plus a protective valve Perspex ‘shield’ in case your hand wanders towards the hot valves.
To the rear are the speaker connections, power socket, sub out, mini-USB port for the DAC, a 3.5mm mini-Aux socket and a pair of RCA ports.
Connect Tablets and Smartphones by Bluetooth, CD Players and Turntables* by RCA Auxiliary and PC’s and Laptops using the micro USB (*may require a Phono amplifier).
The valves, supplied by JJ Electronics are renowned for being long lasting and providing superb tonal qualities.
